Hello fellows!

As always, this is a great forum to read and help each other. Well, I have an LLC created in Delaware, as I´m sure many of you have. We all know that we don´t need to pay taxes fro our incomes, apart from the franchise tax in Delaware, which is $us 300 annually, right? But we do need to provide the form 5472 to the IRS before, April 15th where it has to be detailed the incomes and outcomes of our company. Well, I want to do things the right way, and I want to hire an accountant to do thi process for me and not have any problems with uncle Sam. Do you have any experience doing this? And can you advise any accountant that is familiar with this theme?
Thank you, guys!

I made a research and I found your business have to be engaged in us trade or business then you have to file form 5472. Which means you need to have employee or someone in the US operating your business. If you are not engaged in us trade or business you don't have to form 5472.
